This fee is payable to Border Crossing Service as a non-governmental document processing center for reviewing and submitting your GLOBAL ENTRY CHILD EXPEDITED application to CBP.  There is an additional $120 CBP fee for conducting background and security checks, which will be paid with the card on your application form.
